  • What is Hello Kitty Friends Around the World Tour?

    In celebration of Hello Kitty’s 45th Anniversary, Sanrio invites you on a special adventure with HELLO KITTY FRIENDS AROUND THE WORLD: a fully immersive, multi-sensory, walk-through experience that takes you around the globe with Hello Kitty and her friends. Explore the 10,000 square foot pop-up as you transport into Hello Kitty’s supercute world and embark on a journey to London, Paris, New York, Honolulu and Tokyo! For more information, CLICK HERE.

  • Where do I get tickets?

    Visit www.hellokitty45.com and book your tickets through ShowClix.com. Purchases on other third party sites are not allowed, and tickets will not be available for purchase at the door.

  • Are discount tickets available?

    No, Discount Tickets are not available.

  • Can I get a refund or exchange my ticket?

    All sales are final. Tickets are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non- refundable, revocable and void if altered. Tickets may not be resold.

  • Are tickets transferable between guests?

    For group purchases, at least one guest name must match to a photo ID on a ticket per group for entry. Not all ticket names need to match attendees (just one).

    For individual ticket entries, guest name must match photo ID. Purchases on third party sites are not allowed other than ShowClix.com.

  • Do I need to print my ticket?

    Print or save your ticket(s) on your mobile device. A valid photo ID must be presented for entry.

  • What is the maximum number of tickets I can purchase?

    A maximum number of 10 tickets can be purchased per transaction.

  • Are tickets available at the door?

    Tickets will not be available for purchase at the door, but you can purchase tickets at www.hellokitty45.com.

  • What is the address?

  • What are the available dates I can attend?

    The Seattle tour dates are December 7 - December 29, 2019. Be sure to check ShowClix.com for available session times. Tours are timed sessions.

  • How long is the ticketed experience?

    Each tour experience session is designed to take 45 minutes. But arriving 15-20 minutes before your ticketed time is advised to ensure you have enough time to fully experience Hello Kitty's Friends Around the World Tour. Space is limited no arrivals earlier than 30 minutes.

  • When do I need to arrive for my session time?

    Arrive at least 15-20 minutes before your ticketed tour time begins. Note your ticket is only valid for the date and time slot purchased. If you miss your time slot, your ticket is no longer valid. No refunds for missed sessions.

  • Do I need a ticket to shop in the gift shop?

    Shopping in the gift shop is part of the ticketed tour experience.

  • Is there event parking on site?

    There is parking on site.

    Public transportation and ride share are also encouraged.

  • Is the event wheelchair accessible?

    Yes, we are ADA compliant.

  • Are strollers allowed?

    Yes, but there are size restrictions. Strollers must be smaller than 31 inches wide or 52 inches long. Most single strollers should be fine. Strollers may impact the guest experience as space is limited.

  • Is photography allowed?

    Yes. It is encouraged.

  • Are pets allowed?

    No. Unless service animal on leash.

  • Is outside food and drink allowed?

    No. Snacks and beverages are available for purchase.

  • What is the return policy for online merchandise or gift shop purchases?

    All sales are final.

  • What happens if I arrive late after my tour session starts?

    Late arrivals after ticketed time slots will not be valid for a later time slot. No refunds for missed sessions.

  • What forms of payment are accepted in the Gift Shop?

    We accept Credit Cards and Apple Pay, no cash accepted.
